Terms of service
Effective 9 August 2026.
These are the terms for using Tala, a booking and stock record operated by Core4 Systems. They are written to be read, not to be survived. Creating a workspace means you agree to them.
The service
Tala lets your business record bookings and orders, check them against capacity or stock, and keep a calendar and customer list. Some features send content you provide to third-party services on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens in your workspace and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Use a real email address: it is how you reset your password and how we reach you about your account.
Trial and payment
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial, no card required. When the trial ends, the workspace locks for new entries until a plan is arranged; your data stays put and readable. Prices are agreed directly with us and payment is collected through our payment provider.
Your data
The records you enter belong to your business, not to us. We use them only to run the service. If you leave, ask and we will send you your records and delete the rest, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tala to break the law, to store content you have no right to hold, or to probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other workspaces. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Tala reliable, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending things
You can stop using Tala and ask for deletion at any time. We may close accounts that violate these terms, and we will give notice by email before closing an account for any other reason.
Changes, law, and contact
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with it, and meaningful changes will be announced by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Questions go to contact@core4sys.com.
